Willis Webster Maxwell, 92 of Paragould, died Friday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born September 2, 1919 in Swifton, Arkansas. Willis was the retired co-owner of Maxwell Feed and a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Bonnie Jean Holcomb Maxwell, father, Ev Maxwell, mother, Ida Nicholson Thomas, brother, Everette Maxwell and sister, Thelma Anderson. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Milt Loftis of Little Rock; sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip and Lori Maxwell of St. Simon, GA and Eugene and Diane Maxwell of Collierville, TN, and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated Monday, 3:00 PM at First Baptist Church with Reverend Bill Steeger officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
