William Lawrence Bowlin

William Lawrence Bowlin, 88 of Walcott, died Sunday at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He was born November 29, 1920. Preceding him in death were his parents, Roy Iris and Rosa Lee Elliott Bowlin; brother, Frankie Alton Bowlin. Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, James Iris and Phyllis Bowlin of Arthur, Nebraska; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth Ann and Dean Pollock of Walcott; sister-in-law, Geneva Bowlin of Conway, AR. 8 nieces, 4 nephews, several cousins and a great number of other family members. Visitation will be Wenesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 10:00 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Revs. Raymond Atwood and Ken Overton officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Phillip and Tim Pollock, Randall Bowlin, Bill and Bob Elliott and Joe Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be the Sr. Adult Men's Class of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Memorials may be sent to the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Bus Ministry or St. Bernard's Hospice.
