William Henry Lipper

William Henry Lipper, 90, of Paragould, died Thursday, December 11, 2013. William was born to Sam and Allie (Smith) Lipper September 19, 1923. Mr. Lipper was a veteran of the United States Army and served in WW II. William is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and four brothers. William is survived by his wife, Linda Lipper of the home; daughter, Calline Bucy of Orange Park, Florida; step daughters, Mary Jackson of Jonesboro, Karen Foster of Ash Flat; step son, Robert Knowles of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, nephews, Bob Lipper of West Plains, Missouri, Mark Lipper of Paragould; niece, Shirley Bateman of Paragould.
