William Franklin Elliott, Jr

William Franklin Elliott, Jr, 85 of Walcott, AR, passed away from this life on Sunday, February 23 in Jonesboro, AR.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Rosalee Dean Elliott, his parents, William and Mathel Lamb Elliott, and one brother, Terry Elliott.

He is survived by his son, Bill (Debbie) Elliott, Jr. of Harrisburg and daughter and son-in-law, Deanna (Rudi) Cagle of Leachville. Four grandchildren who were his pride and joy: Nathan Elliott, Holly (John) McKnight, Justin (Breann) Elliott and Aaron (Shelby) Cagle and five great-grandchildren who dearly loved their Pop, Salie and Elliott McKnight, Ryker, Zander and Lennox Elliott. His is also survived by 3 sisters: MaraLou (Buddy) Ferguson of Niles, MI, JoAnn (JM) Felty of Brevard, NC and Pat Greene of St. Louis, MO and 3 brothers: Bob (Lois) Elliott of Walcott, AR, James Elliott of Jackson, OH, and Ken (Wanda) Elliott of Paragould, AR. He leaves behind a host of extended family, friends and his beloved church family at the Walcott Church of Christ.

He loved his Lord, his family, breakfast at Ms. Addie's and lunch dates with family. Although he had traveled the world, there was no place he loved as much as Walcott. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him especially those of us lucky enough to call him Pop.

Visitation will be from 11:30 - 1:00 on Thursday, February 27 at Heath Funeral Home with the funeral immediately following at 1:00 pm with Raymond Lasley officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nathan Elliott, Bill Elliott Jr, Justin Elliott, Aaron Cagle, John McKnight, Shaun Elliott. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and breakfast club at Ms. Addie's.
