William Charles Garrett, 69 of Marmaduke, died Thursday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital. William was the retired owner and operator of Garrett’s TV and a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Beulah Koonce Garrett. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Garrett of the home; daughters, Belinda Arnold and Tammy Farmer of Marmaduke; son, Brian Garrett of Marmaduke; brother, James Garrett of Paragould; sisters, Elizabeth Martin of Paragould and Alice Clowers of Jonesboro. 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday afternoon from 2-3:30 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3:30 P.M. Saturday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Bob Ivy officiating. Burial will follow in New Liberty Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Eddie Stapleton, Chad Garrett, Adam Shelton, Belinda Arnold, Tammy, Farmer, Cody Farmer.
