Willa Mae Mcpherson

Willa Mae McPherson, 81, Paragould, died Friday, October 26, 2012, at her home. She was born May 23, 1931, in Fender, Arkansas the daughter of the late Ras and Helen Forrester Leathers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold McPherson and daughter, Cynthia Kappelman. She was a homemaker and a member of Brown's Chapel Baptist Church. She is survived by her sons: Dennis McPherson of Paragould, Eddie Kappelman of Flint, Michigan; daughter: Sharon Lyons of Dothan, Alabama; grandchildren: Kevin Kappelman, Brandon and Brooke McPherson, Dustin, Haley, Noah, and Hanna Kappelman; great grandchildren: Marley and Toren McPherson. Her life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel at 1:00 PM, Monday, with Reverend Royce Boling officiating. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
