Will H. Henderson, 83, of Paragould, died Saturday at St. Bernard.s Medical Center. He was born January 11, 1927, in Blytheville, AR, the son of Jesse and Estelle Sipes Henderson. He was a member of the New Haven Baptist Church . Will married Delma Rhoads on March 24, 1945, in Blytheville, AR, served in WWII from April 1945 to November 1946, worked in different factories in St. Louis and Chicago, held a Journeyman’s card as a Tool and Die Maker. Later he owned a number of restaurants in Poplar Bluff, MO. He retired and moved to Paragould in 1990. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Geneva Powers and his foster mother, Mrs. Pearl Powers, who raised him. Survivors include his wife, Delma Henderson of the home, sons and daughter-in-law, Alan Dale Henderson of Paragould and Rev. Gary and Tammie Henderson of Jonesboro. Grandchildren, Gary and Katie Henderson, Jr., David Alan Henderson, Sheri Kim Henderson; great grandson, Carson Michael Henderson; sister, Peggy Killingsworth of Blytheville. Several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 12:30 P.M.
