Wesley J. Wood

Wesley J. Wood, 95, of Southaven, Mississippi, was born May 17, 1922 in Paragould, Arkansas and passed away November 22, 2017 at North Delta Hospice House in Southaven. Mr. Wood was an Army veteran of World War II, worked for General Motors, and was a member of Carriage Hills Baptist Church in Southaven.

He is survived by one son, Jack G. Wood; three grandchildren, Paul David Wood, Bradford Wesley Wood, and Brittany Wood Hauck; and two great grandchildren, Jude Wood and Remington Hauck. He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Wood.

Visitation will be Monday, November 27, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven and Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 12-1 p.m. at Health Funeral Home in Paragould, Arkansas. Graveside services will be follow at 1:30 p.m. at Linwood Cemetery in Paragould.
