Wayne Lee "Butch" Eason, Jr., 59, of Paragould, passed away Monday at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born in Trumann and was formerly employed at Anchor Packaging. Butch was of the Baptist faith. He loved Harley motorcycles, cooking out with family, listening to rock n roll music, and spending time with his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pinky Eason and father-in-law, E. W. Raines.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Eason of the home, daughters, Amy Freeman, Whitney (Teako Landford) Colvin, and Sydney Eason, all of Paragould; sons, Lee (Sheena) Eason and Joshua (Adelia Claudio) Eason of Paragould; grandchildren, Kaleb, Arian, Adalynn, Zarek, Zayne, Zander, Lilly, Kiedyan, and Zaiden; father, Wayne Eason, Sr, of Paragould; sisters, Tina (Jerry Don) Williams, Shawn Vangilder and Tracy Thompson all of Paragould; brother, Tim (Theresa) Eason of Light, mother-in-law, Lanay Raines of Bethel, AK; brother-in-law, Dennis (Francina) Raines of Bethel, AK; sister-in-law, Carrie (Kenny) Lambert of Bethel, AK; eight nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday at 11:00 in the chapel of Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Kim Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
