Wanda Lee Johnson

Wanda Lee Johnson, 92, of Batesville, formerly of Paragould died Tuesday at the White River Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1917 in Marmaduke, Arkansas the daughter of the late Dr. James Jones and Ethel Clopton Hudgins. She was also preceded by her husband, Howard Clifton Johnson. Wanda was a retired Medical Insurance Clerk and a member of Seventh & Mueller Church Of Christ. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Dr. Deborah Johnson of Batesville; brother Dr. Owen James Hudgins of Jonesboro; and granddaughter, Kathryn Ann Johnson of Batesville. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 am Thursday at Heath Funeral Home, after which a procession will leave for a graveside service at Linwood Cemetery at 11:15 am with Larry McFadden officiating The family requests memorials be made to the Children's Home of Paragould, 5515 Old Walcott Rd, Paragould, AR. 72450
