Virginia Smith

Virginia Smith, 81, Paragould, died Friday, March 11, 2011, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1929 the daughter of the late Lee and Goldie Lundy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl C. Smith, son, Tommy Smith, brothers, Tred and Herbert Lundy and sister, Lorraine Kierbow. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda and James Johnson of Cudjoe Key, FL, Betty and Ronald Pruett, Carole and Robby Gatlin; son: Michael Smith, all of Paragould; sister: Wava Jean Stevens of Houston, TX; six grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00 PM Sunday night at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated 1:00 PM Monday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Neal Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Brown's Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robby Gatlin, Nick McGee, Brad Bateman, Ray Lindsey, Rick Clark, Ed Stormes, and Kelly Gasaway.
