Tiffany Ann Williams, 26, of Paragould, died Saturday in Paragould. She was born December 23, 1986 in Paragould. Tiffany was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief. She was preceded in death by her father, Scotty Williams; sister, Ashley Rutter and grandfather, Dewey Williams, cousin, Shawn Williams. Survivors include her mother and dad:, Bonnie Sue Rutter Milburn and Larry Milburn of Paragould; son: Xavier Carroll of Paragould; sister: Tori Milburn of Paragould; fiance: Richard Carroll of Paragould; maternal grandmother: Carol Foster of Paragould; maternal grandfather: Thomas Rutter of Paragould; maternal step grandmother: Sandy Rutter of Nashville, TN; paternal grandmother: Helen Dearin of Paragould; uncles: Lynn, Marty, Johnny Williams and Kevin Huffman; aunts: Denise Davis , Debbie Huffman, Virginia and Terri Williams; numerous cousins and other family members. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with David Stallings officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jason Moore, Kevin Huffman, Lynn Williams, Marty Williams, Gary Williams and Justin Williams.
