Thomas "Tommy" Kueter

Thomas Leland “Tommy” Kueter died Friday at his residence. Tommy was the retired owner and operator of Kueter’s Catfiish Farm, he formerly was an employee of Foremost Dairies. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the Greene County Quorum Court from 1983-2010, a member of the St. Francis River Regional Water District from 1987-2017, Greene County Farm Bureau Board Member and Past President, Premiere Magazine Grandpa of the year in 2009, and Greene County Farm Bureau Farm Family of the year in 2005.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Joseph “Dick” Kueter and Gertrude Weyer Kueter; 1st Wife Sue Swink Kueter; sister, Marilyn Turner.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Stokes Kueter of the home; son, Steve (Emily) Kueter of Paragould; daughters, Kim (Bob) Horner of Powell, OH, Kelly (Farrell) Gibson of Paragould, Angela Case of Little Rock, Courtney (Stan) Sells of Paragould; brothers, Bill Kueter of Jonesboro, Larry Kueter of Pocahontas and Ted Kueter of Mountain Home; sisters, Carolyn Boling of Jonesboro, Barbara DeRoe of Paragould, Janet Kendrick of Jonesboro and Susan Williams of Paragould. Grandchildren Kyle, Madison and Maxwell Horner, Julia, Sarah and Benjamin Kueter, Katelyn McMillon, Lauren Rowe, Lunden and Emma Gibson, Kendall Case and Ava Sells; great grandsons, Ezra McMillon and Noah Rowe.
Rosary will be Monday from 5:00-5:30 PM followed by visitation from 5:30-8:00 PM at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Stephen Malanga officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
