Thomas Harlan Cooper

Thomas Harlan Cooper, 83, of Paragould, passed from this life on Friday, September 24, 2022. He was born on August 10, 1939, to the late "Big John" and Louise Penny Cooper. Harlan graduated from Oak Grove High School and went to work at Emerson Electric. He joined the United States Air Force where he served until he was honorably discharged in 1967. Harlan was a carpenter and loved to build things. He also loved electronics. He could often be found walking to the creek or reading. He was preceded in death by his parents and aunts, Mary Jane Cooper and Lucille Ray.

Harlan is survived by his two sisters, Ramona Becker and Sharon Dunkin, and several cousins and friends.
