Thomas George "Cannonball" Williams

Thomas George “Cannonball” Williams, 79 of Paragould, died Tuesday at his residence. Thomas was a member of the Paragould Christian Church and retired from Emerson Electric.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jackson and Mary Ellen Becker Williams; brother, Richard Williams; sisters, Oma Hinds, Fay Swain, Thelma Doty and Grace Passmore.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Nelda Williams of the home; daughters, Christeenia Martin and Roberta (Lodus) Wilkey both of Paragould; son, Bobby (Lisa) Williams of Brookland, AR; brother, Verlin (Maxine) Williams of Jonesboro; sisters, Barbara(Jim) Taylor of Imboden and Mary Passmore of Brookland, AR. 7 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Revs. Duane Dutka and Rick Hathcoat officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael, Bradley and Jakob Williams, Joe Bills, James Riley, Matthew Sikes, Phillip Shelby, Jr. and David Kirby.
