Thelma Pickney

Thelma Pickney, 84 of Paragould died Sunday at her residence. She was a member of the 7th and Mueller Church of Christ. Thelma was preceded in death by her devoted husband, George Pickney; son Larry; parents, Clifford and Della Howard; sister, Barbara Stevens; and brother, Charlie Howard. Survivors include daughters, Judy and Nancy Pickney of Hot Springs; son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Ann Pickney of Paragould; brother and sister-in-law, Glen and Liz Howard; sister, Maxine Lawson; grandsons and graddaughter-in-law, Grant and Mallory Pickney and Jared and Meagan Pickney; great grandsons, Dalton and Logan Pickney, all of Paragould; and Several Nieces , nephews and friends. Visitation will Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Ron and Jared Pickney officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Grant and Jared Pickney, Jim Howard, Darrell Dickson, Don and Jerry Carlile. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Children’s Home of Paragould.
