Thelma Josephine Barton

Thelma Josephine Barton, 93, of Paragould died Tuesday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was preceded by her husband, James Franklin Barton, her parents, Tom and May Stewart four sisters and two brothers. She was a farmer and a homemaker and was of Baptist belief. She is survived by her sister, Christine McDaniel of Paragould and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Thursday night at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM Friday at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Charles Abanathy officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
