Steve Madden

Steve Madden, born on February 20, 1974, in Memphis, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 50. He was a beloved brother, father, and son who worked part of his life as a mechanic in the automotive industry. Steve had a passion for fixing things and working with his hands. A man of skill and precision, Steve's love for dismantling and reassembling mechanical components showed his commitment to his craft. Those who knew him will forever remember his dedication and talent for working with machines.

Steve will be dearly missed by his children, Zachary Williams of Marked Tree and Jordan Bowman of Arlington, Texas; grandson, Robert Nelson; father, Norvell Young; siblings, April (Bobby) Lewallen of Paragould, Noelle, Megan, and Gregory Young of Trumann, Keiondray Young of Lepanto, and Michelle, Avery, and Lakeisha Young of Minnesota; step-siblings, Shalisa Busch of Lepanto, Keonna Williams of Omaha, Nebraska, Charles Monk of Jonesboro, Jackie Monk of Bentonville, and Chris, Greg, and Hope Young of Lepanto; step-father, Sam Young; and numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his mother, Alma Young.

A private celebration will be held at a later date. As we reflect on Steve's life and the impact he had on those around him, may his passion for craftsmanship and his spirit of dedication be forever cherished in our hearts.
