Shelley Marie Morris

Shelley Marie Morris, 45, of Cabot, died on Friday. She taught English at the Cabot Alternative Learning High School. She loved music and helping people, especially children. She loved to laugh. She was the daughter of H. Irvin Morris and Shelbye Morris. She was preceded in death by her mother. Survivors include her daughter, Shelbye Nichole Hunt; dad and mom, Irvin and Sue Morris; brothers and sisters-in-law, Keith and Rhonda Morris and Craig and Donna Morris, all of Paragould, sister, Kathy and husband, Jim Grabo of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and brother, Phil Loyd, of Vacaville, California. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11-1 at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1pm with Rev. Gary Morris, Rev. Royce Schanda, and Rev. Josh Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers are Keith, Craig, Roger, and Kevin Morris, Brian Williams, and Jake Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Ed, Alan, and Stan Morris. Memorials may be sent to Grace United General Baptist Church Missions, Mission Outreach, or Children's Home of Paragould.
