Ruth Franks

Ruth Ann Franks, 80, of Natchitoches, Louisiana, passed away Tuesday at Willis Knighton Pierremont Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana . She was born in Hornersville, Missouri and retired from Super 8 Motel as an Auditor and Clerk. Ruth's main pastime was that she loved to read books. Ruth was the daughter of the late Al and Dorsey Horner of Hornersville, Missouri. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Gene Franks; two sisters, Betty Rose, Thelma Beaird; son n law, Ernesto daGama; grandson, Eric daGama; .

Survivors include two daughters, Deneen Michelle Franks, Edith LuGene Franks daGama; son, Jeffery Lynn Franks; sister, Letha Shanks; two grandsons, Matthew daGama, Daniel Franks; two granddaughters, Katelyn (Michael) Cheatwood, Rachel (Lucky) Marye; three great grandsons, Jackson Cheatwood, Andrew Marye, and Trace Marye.

Vistitaion will be Friday from 5-7 pm at Heath Funeral Home. The Funeral is Saturday at 10:00 am in the Heath Colonial Chapel officiated by Robert Piercy. Burial to follow at Kennett Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri.
