Ruth Daria Brannan Privett, 71, of Paragould passed away Tuesday at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born in Zebulon, NC was a retired school teacher and a member of the First Nazarene Church of Blytheville. She was the daughter of the late Rigsby and Doris Murray Brannan.
She was a loving wife and mother and a special blessing to all her family and friends. She encourages you to make Jesus Christ your lord and Savior and come and see her in heaven someday.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Privett of the home; daughter, Kathy (Nolan) McDougle of Brookland; sons, Tod Privett of Paragould and Darin Privett of Paragould; grandsons, Tony (Tabitha) McDougal of Paragould, Cody (Lindsey) McDougal of Valley View and Jacob McDougal of Brookland; great-granddaughter Scarlett McDougal of Paragould; brothers, Russell (Deborah) Brannan of Zebulon, NC., and Mitch Brannan of Wilmington, NC; niece, Kim (Dana) Patton of Zebulon, NC; nephews, Brooks (Shanna) Brannan of Wendell NC, Blake(Johnette) Brannan of Wendell NC, and Landis Brannan of Wilmington, NC; a grand niece and nephew.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 - 11AM at the First Church of the Nazarene in Paragould. Funeral service will be at 11 AM at First Church of the Nazarene with Rev. J. E. McAnally officiating. Burial will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Darin Privett, Nolan "JR" Privett, Tony McDougal, Cody McDougal, Jacob McDougal and Nolan McDougal.
