Ruby Lois Cook

Ruby Blaylock Cook, 55, of Paragould, passed away Friday at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She was born in Jonesboro and lived her life in Paragould. Ruby was of the Pentecostal faith and was a volunteer at Mission Outreach of NEA for many years. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Ruby Viola Key Wallingsford. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Harold and Verlon Lee Wallingsford and one sister, Nettie Reynolds.

Survivors include her husband, Ricky Cook; daughter, Renee Martin; two sons, Bob Grant, Jr., and Coty Grant; four grandchildren all of Paragould and two nieces of Judsonia, AR.

Memorial service will be Wednesday October 3rd at3:00 pm at Mission Outreach of NEA.
