Roy V. Wilcox, Jr.

Roy V. Wilcox, Jr., 65, of Jonesboro, passed away Friday at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was a car dealer and retired owner of O. K. Car-ral. He was a member of Nettleton Baptist Church. He was an avid Nascar fan. He loved to fish with his grandchildren. Roy was the son to the late Roy V., Sr. and Rosetta Wilcox. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Marie Stanfill.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Juanita Wilcox of the home; children, Jonathan David Wilcox of Jonesboro, Rebecca J. (John, Jr.) Street of Jonesboro, Sherry L. (Bobby) Rickard of Rogers, AR, Shelia (John) Sammons of Jonesboro, and Shari K. (Mark) Simino of Calico Rock, AR; grandchildren, Leah Wilcox, Emalyn Street, Olivia Rickard, Kennedy Rickard, Parker Rickard, Kristina Sammons, Allison Sammons, Ashton Simino, Tyler Simino, and Dylan Simino; sisters, June Beasley and Shirley Terry; and brothers, Earl Wilcox, Douglas Wilcox, J.C. Wilcox, Winston Wilcox, and Mack Wilcox.

Visitation is Monday from 12-2 pm at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. Funeral begins at 2 pm with Chaplain Edward Pruitt officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jonathan Wilcox, Bobby Rickard, John Street, Tyler and Dylan Simino, and Parker Rickard. Honorary Pallbearers are Tom Graber, Tom Woods, Bob Hovis, and Bobby Hinton.
