Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Hendrickson

Ronald "Ronnie" Eugene Hendrickson, 71, of Paragould, passed from this life on Thursday, September 21, 2023. He was born in Paragould on August 4, 1952, to the late Charles and Mary Jeanette Hendrickson. He graduated from Washington Community High School in Illinois. Ronnie was a veteran having served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. During his service, Ronnie received the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter Badge M-14, and Vietnam Service Medal with two Campaign Stars. He worked in construction for a majority of his life. Ronnie, or "Nappy" as his biker buddies called him, was an avid motorcycle rider. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mary Jeanette Hendrickson; grandsons, Lucas Eugene Hendrickson and Adam Ellison; brother, Charles Franklin Hendrickson, Jr.; and sisters, Phyllis Kay Roark and Deidra Ann McClanahan.

Ronnie is survived by his son, Shane Eugene (Michelle Bown Mason) Hendrickson of Eureka, Illinois; brothers, Randal Hendrickson of Florida and Kevin Hendrickson of Paragould; sisters, Janythe Hall of Florida, Brenda Brock of Paragould, and Kelly Brantley of North Carolina; and his favorite cousin, Jo Holt of Little Rock.

A memorial service with military honors will be Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 1 PM at Reynolds Park Pavilion #7 in Paragould.
