Robert Carlton Cannon

HEATH FUNERAL HOME Robert Carlton “Cork” Cannon, 78, of Paragould died Thursday January 24, 2008 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born July 6, 1929 in Paragould to the late Lloyd and Elsie Evans Cannon and was also preceded in death by brothers, Doyle, Gerald and Winston Cannon and one sister, Charlene Kirby. He was retired from Emerson Electric Mfg. Surviving Robert are his wife, Jannette Cannon of the home; son , Rick Cannon and wife Jena of Paragould; daughters Joyette White of Paragould and Kimberly Dong and husband, Aaron of Dallas, Texas; sister, June Dorsett of Paragould; brother, Joe Cannon of California; grandchildren Shawn White, Sarah Cannon and Kaitlin Dong; and one great granddaughter, Megan White. Graveside services will be held Sunday, January 27th at 2:00 pm at Greene County Memorial Gardens with Reverend Royce Schanda officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm, Saturday at Heath Funeral Home.
