Rita Kaye Moore, 70, of Jonesboro, passed away Tuesday at her Residence. She was born on August 28, 1948 in Paragould. She retired from Wal-Mart and then took over Moore family rentals and then later became a caregiver for her mother and mother-in-law. Rita was the daughter of the late Griffin and Ina Cothren . She was also preceded in death by her son, Jerry Bradley Reddick and four sisters, Shirley Mahar, twin Sheila Mode, Betty Glasscock and Carolyn Anderson.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Edward Moore of the Home, daughters, Michelle (Kent) Darr of Jonesboro and Wendy Harvey of Cabot; sister, Wava Lewis; brothers, Winfred James and Larry Cothren; grandchildren Tyler Harvey, Tanner Harvey, Trason Harvey, Brady Darr and Blake Darr.
Visitation will be Friday from 3-4 pm at Heath Funeral Home with funeral service starting at 4 in the chapel at Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Harvey, Tanner Harvey, Trason Harvey, Brady Darr, Blake Darr, Kobi Mode and Mickey McGuire. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
