Richard Ray Slatton

Richard Ray Slatton, 86, of Paragould, passed away on Saturday. He was a retired farmer and attended Walnut Corner General Baptist Church. He was the son of the late James and Elizabeth Slatton. He was also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Sabrina Carr; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.

Richard is survived by his wife, Dorothy; daughters, Alice Snyder, Jonesboro, and Clara Fears (Michael), Finch; granddaughter, Krysta Richards (Josh), Bono; great grandson, Mason Richards, Bono; brother, Leotis Slatton, Walcott; and sister Laura Walker, Light.

Visitation is Sunday evening from 5:30-7 at Heath Funeral Home. A graveside service will begin at 10 am Monday at Finch Cemetery with Rev. Mark Walker officiating. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
