Retha Kay Kappelman

Retha McGinnis Kappelman, 51, of Paragould, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska the daughter of Albert "Gene" McGinnis and the late Mary E. McGinnis. She retired from the Arkansas Highway Department and from being a Nail Technician. Retha attended Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters and their families: Danna Woods and Darrell Savior and grandson Jamal Savior; Diedra Robinson Crossno and Logan Crossno; father: Albert "Gene" McGinnis, all of Paragould. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel, 10:00 AM, Friday, with Reverend Kenny Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Ernie Vaughn, Donnie H owe, Hank Walters, Jesse Vaughn, Joey Boyd, Johnnie Gambill, Chad Woods and Ronnie Roberts. Honorary pallbearers are Darrell Davior, Logan Crossno, Scott Roach, Ricky Vaughn, Rex Blackwood, Glen Staggs, John McGinnis and Danny McGinnis.
