Raymond Gilbert Shook

Raymond Gilbert Shook, 93, formerly of Paragould, died December 29, 2016 at Carmen’s Retirement Home in Fair Oaks, California. He was the son of the late Archie and Sylvia Dobbs Shook. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Louise “Billie” Inez Shook and daughter, Sandra Faloney. He was a retired federal employee. He was a WW II Navy Veteran.

Survivors include his daughter, Valerie Martin, Camp Nelson, California; grandchildren, Kraig Peters, El Dorado Hills, California, Darrell Peters, Sacramento, California, Michael Martin, Porterville, California, James Martin, US Air Force, currently stationed in Texas, Lyle Martin Jr., Porterville, California; great greatchildren, Samantha Peters, Matthew Peters, Adam Martin, Ray Martin, Dean Martin.

Visitation is Saturday from 1-2 PM and the funeral immediately following at Heath Funeral Home with Reverend John Fleming officiating. Burial is in Greene County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Online tributes: www.heathfuneralhome.com
