Rachel Rebecca Carter

Rachel Rebecca Carter, 86 of Paragould, passed away Saturday at the Hospice House in Mountain Home, AR. She was born May 24th, 1925, the daughter of William E. and Nettie A. Smithmier. Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Carter; son, Frederick Dale Carter; parents; 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Rita Gale and Larry McKinney of Mountain Home, AR; grandson, Brian Allen Carter of Paragould and granddaughter, Haley McKinney of Mountain Home, AR; great grandson, Christopher Carter. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00-1:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Royce Boling officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
