Pauline (Smith) Reeves, 88, of Stanford, died peacefully Friday, June 13, 2014, at her home. She was born in Greene County, Arkansas, to W. B. and Luella Smith on May 24, 1926. She was a homemaker and a member of Pruett’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Light. She enjoyed working in her yard and in the garden. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Lonie “Hard Head” Reeves; grandson, Joshua Birmingham; sisters Janie and Nola and her brothers, Lloyd and Willie. Survivors include four daughters, Glenda Ruth (Roger)Vick, Sue (Charley) Pillow, Connie (Randy) Gray, and Tammy (Darrell) Birmingham; son, James Ronnie (Susie) Reeves. Grandchildren, Zachary Birmingham, Shaunda Brewer, Nathan Reeves, Sandy McCormick, Jeff and Kevin Vick, Leah Shipman and Shaughnessy Pillow; great grandchildren, Corey Pillow, Layne Shipman, Lynzie, Michael and John Van Brocklin, Kinley Wynn, Cap Brewer, Christian and Trenton Duke, Aiden Reeves, Kenna and Kord McCormick. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-9:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial chapel with Revs. O. D. and Don Winfrey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Vick, Kevin Vick, Nathan Reeves, Zachary Birmingham, D. J. Shipman. Brad Gray and Bo Brewer.
