Paul Odell Wilkins, 95, of Paragould, passed away March 9, 2022, at Greene Acres Nursing Home in Paragould. He was born February 25, 1927, to Sheb and Addie Wilkins. He served his country as a World War II Veteran in the U.S. Army before becoming a farmer most of his life. He, along with his wife, owned uniform shops in Kennett, Paragould, Forrest City, and West Helena. He also worked as a security guard at AMMC after retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Imogene Vincent Wilkins; brothers, Oral Wilkins and Verlon Wilkins; and sister, Eva Hampton.
Paul is survived by two sons, Paul D. Wilkins (Pam) of Paragould and Phillip Keith Wilkins, Sr. (Terri) of Doniphan, Missouri; grandchildren, Angie Walker, Brian Wilkins, Annette Carlisle, Phillip Keith Wilkins, Jr., Amelia Plumlee; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
A visitation is Sunday from 12:30-2:30pm at Heath Funeral Home in Paragould. The funeral will begin at 2:30pm with Rev. Don Vuncannon officiating. Burial will follow at Harvey's Chapel Cemetery in Marmaduke. Pallbearers are Phillip Keith Wilkins, Jr., Brian Wilkins, Harrison Wilkins, Shane Carlisle, and Scot Walker.
