Patricia Renea Slater

Patricia Renea Slater, 50, Paragould, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 12, 2012, at her home. She was born July 25, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a caregiver and a member of Commissary Church of Christ. Patricia loved church, cars, her family, flying, painting, helping others and loved life. She was preceded in death by her father, Teddie Hueston Banks. She is survived by her husband: Allen Slater, of the home; mother, Louise Banks; son, Brandon Shane Collins; brothers and sisters-in-law: Keith Hueston and Cathy Banks, Kevin Dewayne and Missy Banks; sister and brother-in-law: Beverly Sharon and Dennis Hammon; grandson: Ryder Shane Collins, all of Paragould. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, at Heath Funeral Home. Her life will be celebrated at Heath Colonial Chapel, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, with Sam Jenkins, L.R. Smith, Phillip Wilkerson and Darrell Austin officiating. Interment will follow at Greene County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Dennis Hammon, Richard Carroll, Brandon Collins, Phillip Rothe, Pat Slater and Mitchell Smith. Honorary Pallbearers are Keith Banks, Kevin Banks and Randal Carroll.
