Opal Valentine

Opal Valentine, 92, died Thursday at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. She was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Charlie V. and Bessie Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Orvil Valentine, and daughter, Linda Valentine. She is survived by her son, Charles (Donna) Valentine of Fenton, MO; daughters, Carletta (Alan) Brock of St. Peters, MO, Bobbie (Garry) Blue of North Edwards, CA, Joyce (Edward) Burke of Henderson, NV, and Beckey (Gerald) Thomas of Cedar Hill, MO; sister, Charlene Valentine of Potosi, MO; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren; and 1 step great great grandchild. The family will receive friends Monday from 10-12 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral service will start at 12 PM with Scott Trayler officiating. Interment will be at New Liberty Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Valentine, Brent Valentine, Nicholas Payne, Tyler Payne, Edward Burke, and Gerald Thomas. Memorials may be sent to the Immune Deficiency Foundation, 40 W.
