Norman William Panhorst

Norman William Panhorst, 83, of Paragould, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Norman was born to Martin and Leona (Scheer) Panhorst April 12, 1929 in Lafe, Arkansas. Norman was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church, Veteran in the United States Army and retired from the United States Postal Service. Mr. Panhorst was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mona Panhorst, Brother Charles Panhorst and Sister Mildred Bridges. Mr. Panhorst is survived by his sister Sandra Lilly and Oscar of Jonesboro, one niece Leigh An and her husband Dr. Bruce Taylor of Jonesboro, four nephews Marty Lilly and his wife Sandy Lilly of Jonesboro, Michael Lilly and wife Elaine of Jonesboro, Charles Bridges and his wife Judy of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and Dr. Phillip Bridges and his wife Dr. Susan of Starkville, Mississippi, great Nieces Amy Chick ,Valerie Kemp both of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Amber Webb, Lauren Lilly, Kristen Lilly, Madison Taylor, Savannah Lilly, Caroline Lilly and Eliza Lilly all of Jonesboro, great nephews Jordan Taylor of Searcy, Patrick Bridges of Albuquerque, Mexico and Douglas Bridges of Mobile, Alabama. Services will be Wednesday at 2 PM in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Jon Bishof officiating, burial will be in the Greene County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Casey Horner, Chris Horner, Jeff Clayton, Tommy Smalling, Jordan Taylor and Dr. Garrett Webb. Visitation will begin at 1PM before the services.
