Nora "Noel" Cooper

Nora “Noel” Cooper, 80, of Paragould, died Thursday at her home. She was homemaker and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. D. “Sam” Cooper; parents, Matthew and Mary Hogan Stack; brothers, Willie and Michael; sisters, Peggy, Ann and Betty; granddaughter, Leanne Whitson. Survivors include son, Paul Cooper of Fayetteville, AR; daughters, Carolyn Whitson and Arleen Brown of Paragould; sisters, Kathleen McNally and Mary O’Sullivan of England, Great Britain; 5 grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Funeral mass will be Monday, October 14, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Mike Sinkler officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
