Nancy Marie Hazlewood

Nancy Marie Hazlewood, 60, of Paragould, passed away Tuesday June 24, 2014 at St. Bernard’s Medical center, surrounded by family and friends. Nancy was born July 13, 1953. She was a nurse for 25 years and a member of the Church at Paragould. She was the daughter of the late Wilford and Helen Faughn. She was preceded in death by her brother Alfred Faughn and Albert “Top” Faughn and her sister-in-law Barbara Faughn. Nancy is survived by her husband of 22 years, Thomas Rosevelt Hazlewood; daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter Christy, Jeremy and Gaithy Wortham;brother and sister-in-law; Robert and Susie Faughn; sister-in-law Doris(Top) Faughn and Jean (Alfred) Faughn; step-children Tom (Sherry) Hazlewood, Rose (Charles) Littrell, Terry (Rosa) Hazlewood, and Gary (Patti) Hazlewood, nine step-grandchildren; seven great-step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday June 26 at the funeral home. Services will be 10 AM Friday in the Heath Colonial Chapel with Ken Roden and Chris Bass officiating, burial will follow in the Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland. Pall bearers will be Cary Faughn, Philip Faughn, Gary Hazlewood, Terry Hazlewood, Tom Hazlewood and Jeremy Wortham. Honorary pallbearers will be Edwin Faughn and Charles Littrell.
