Mildred M. Defries

Mildred M. DeFries, 84, of Paragould, died Saturday at her residence. She was a member of the Rock of NEA in Jonesboro and a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her Husband Harold DeFries; parents, John William and Iva Ellen Haneline Vangilder; sons, Gary Don and Jerry DeFries; 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild. Survivors include daughter, Judy (Jim) Hamilton of Paragould; sons, Jimmy, Rick and Keith (Teresa) DeFries all of Marmaduke, Mike (Melinda), Randal (Shelley), and Kevin DeFries all of Paragould; brother, John Vangilder of Flushing, MI. 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and a special friend Theresa Byars. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Revs. Jeff and Terry Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers, will be Jake Randleman, Jordan Hamilton, Lonnie Parrish, Jeremy DeFries, Mike Wess, Ray Lindsey. Honorary Pallbearers, Stan Watson, Donald Ealey and Glen Patterson.
