Maxine Higgins

Maxine Higgins, 84, Paragould, died Tuesday at Greene Acres Nursing Home. She was born September 22, 1926 the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Sally Donohue Boling. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Higgins, brothers and sister-in-law, Dr. William and Pat Boling, Herman Boling, sister, Opal Anspach. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Lynn and Kenny Cline, Carol and Larry Elmore, son and daughter-in-law: Mickey and Suzanne Higgins, sister: Rachel Barrett all of Paragould; sisters-in-law: Elsie Spiller of Ruston, LA; Frances Sims of Marilyn Heights, MO; grandchildren: Jeff Wood, Julie McHaney, Amber Connor, Christopher Higgins, Evan Elmore; great-grandchildren: Kelsey, Kasey and Clancey Wood, Kathelyn, Evelyn and Nelson McHaney, Lilah Katherine Higgins, Caleb Connor. Several friends, nieces, nephews and a large extended family. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM-1:30 PM, Friday and the celebration of her life will follow at Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverend Tom Letchworth officiating.
