Max Sheffield

Max; Beloved husband of the late Willodean “Willie” Sheffield for 70 years. Devoted father of Ken Lee (Mary Anne) Sheffield and Jo (Mike) Morgan. Cherished grandfather of Aimee Sheffield, David Sheffield and the late Laura Sheffield, Jonathan Sheffield, Betsey Bryant and Casie Morgan. Loving step-grandfather of Carrie, Cassie and Callie. Also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Max passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the age of 91. He was a member of McMakin Lodge No. 120 F&A.M and the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cincinnati where he was a recipient of the Meritorious Service Award, he was also an avid Beekeeper for 40 years and a Bee Inspector for Hamilton Co. Member of Groesbeck United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at Neidhard-Young Funeral Home, 7401 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2 PM until time of Masonic and Scottish Rite service at 3 PM with the Funeral Service to follow. Donations may be sent to Hospice of Cincinnati or Groesbeck United Methodist Church.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Finch Cemetery under the direction of Heath Funeral Home.
