Mavis Jean Bradley

Mavis Jean (Huggins) Futrell Bradley, of Paragould, went home to be with her Lord on August 30, 2022, at the age of 92 years, 4 months, and 19 days.

In her final days, she received remarkable care in the hands of physicians, nurses, and staff at Northeast Arkansas Baptist Hospital, surrounded by her family.

She was born April 11, 1930, to the late Schylor Odell and Easter Eve (Dunning) Huggins.

She was also preceded in death by six brothers, Earnest Harvey, Bill Huggins, Don Huggins, Melvin Huggins, Jake Huggins, and Elwood Huggins, and two sisters, Florine (Huggins) Bruce and Elfreda Huggins.

She is survived by two daughters, Brenda (Futrell-Williams) Henry of Monett, Missouri, and Kayla (Futrell) Ring (Larry) of Paragould; three grandchildren, Gary J. Williams (Karen) of Monett; Christina (Ring) Adams (Todd) and Steven W. Ring (Casey) of Paragould; six great grandchildren, Brandon A. Adams (Shayla) of Paragould, Hunter D. Williams of Bentonville, Arkansas, Sydney Rae Williams of Beverly Hills, California, and Anna Ring, Elizabeth Ring, and Chloe Ring of Paragould; three great-great grandchildren, Brayla, Brooklyn, and Scarlett Adams of Paragould; her beloved nieces and nephews; and a host of cherished friends.

She was Church of Christ and attended church at Village Creek Church of Christ until she was no longer physically able. She retired from Emerson Electric at age 65 and spent the next 27 years enjoying her family and friends. Me-Maw was a special lady to her family, and while we will cherish the memories, we will miss her terribly. Until we see you again Mom and Me-Maw, THANK YOU for being ours.

Her request was to be cremated with a private family burial alongside her parents at Lulu Cemetery near Senath, Missouri.
