Mattie Tedder

Mattie Ben Tedder, 92, of Paragould, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021. Mattie was born on June 28, 1929 in Schugtown, Arkansas to the late Joseph Alexander and Beulah (Anderson) Turner. She was of the Methodist faith, and attended Warren's Chapel Methodist Church. Preceding her in death are her husband, Arthur Mack "Dub" Tedder; son, Jimmy Tedder; and brothers, Brown, Windy, Joe, Leo, Tom, Sonny, and Owen.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Holifield (Keith) of Paragould; daughter-in-law, Vicki Tedder of Paragould; grandchildren, Drew Holifield, Seth Holifield, Meagan Couch (Chad), and Blaine Tedder (Madison); great-grandchildren, Ensley Couch, Jaksyn Couch, Alexis Murray, Logan Tedder, and a special grandson, Frederico Campos; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm in the Heath Colonial Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 7:00 pm with Kenny Johnson officiating. Burial will take place at Warren's Chapel Methodist Cemetery on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 10:30 am. Drew Holifield, Seth Holifield, Blaine Tedder, Randy Lenderman, Jimmy Tarvin, and Chad Couch will serve as pallbearers.
