Mary Evelyn Walden

Mary Evelyn Walden, 67, of Paragould died Friday at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Mary was a member of the Grace United General Baptist Church, a homemaker, former employee of Campbell’s Café and was a Stanley Products representative. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover Cleveland Provoe and Mildred Provoe Vincent, son, Irwin Walden, granddaughter, Taylor Burdin, great grandson, Ryan Rutherford and great granddaughter, Annellise Rutherford. Survivors include her husband, Marvin Walden of the home, 2 daughters, Darla Burdin of Paragould and Mary Ann Kiefer of Cabot, AR, son, Billy Walden of Cabot, AR, sisters, Lucille Marshall of Morton, IL, Faye Carroll and Gaye Hardin of Marmaduke, AR, Laura Hicks of Paragould and Peggy Parker of Peoria, IL. 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. at Grace United General Baptist Church with Revs. Kevin Abbott and Royce Schanda officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Bill Walden, William Walden, Jimmy Hanners, Randy Provoe, Cecil Hardin and Jimmy Hardin. The family has requested that memorials be made to the Grace United General Baptist Church.
