HEATH FUNERAL HOME Marvin Joe Keeling, 77, of Delaplaine died Monday, January 28, 2008 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He was born August 25, 1930 in Prue, Oklahoma. He was an Army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a farmer most of his life. He was a member of the Greater Vision Church in Paragould. Survivors include his wife, Nell of the home; sons, James Poole and Donald Keeling of Delaplaine, David Keeling of Beech Grove and Phillip Keeling of Paragould; daughters, Pam Wimberley and Patricia Fulkerson of Paragould, Paulette Rapert of Peach Orchard and Peggy Grant of Delaplaine; one sister, Joyce Cook of Jonesboro; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Artie Keeling and Jane Bell Strunk Keeling; son, Billy Joe Keeling; grandson, James Joseph Keeling; and sisters, Wanda Ethridge and Maxine Atkinsin. Funeral services will held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Heath Colonial Chapel with Reverends Rick Ethridge and Joey Ethridge officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday at Heath Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Dale Rice, Rodger Anderson, Alton Keeling, Fred Carter, Keith Mosby and J. L. Grooms.
