Margaret Jean Birmingham

Margaret Jean Huffman Birmingham, 72, of Paragould died Monday at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born October 11, 1935 the daughter of Oscar and Allie Bobbitt Huffman near Bono, Arkansas, but lived most of her life in Paragould. She was a retired Supervisor of Emerson Electric and a member of the United Methodist Church. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Max (Toby) Huffman and Larry Huffman; and one grandson, Joshua Ryan Birmingham. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Birmingham of Forrest City, Arkansas; two sons, Darrell Birmingham and wife Tammy of Paragould and David Birmingham of Paragould;one grandson, Zachary Darrell Birmingham of Paragould; sister, Sarah Johnston of Jonesboro; sister-in-law, Wilma Kielian of Kennett, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Wednesday night at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Heath Colonial Chapel with Pastor Patty Huffman Soward officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
