Lucille Rouse, 90, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She spent her life as a factory worker at Basler Electric in Corning, and she also farmed. Lucille always enjoyed gardening. She had a deep love for her family, especially her grandkids. Lucille was the daughter of the late Henry and Lilly McClain Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Buel Rouse; brothers, Lee, Edward, James, Jeff, and Willie Williams; sisters, Rachel Edge and Buelah Tucker; granddaughter, Sherrie Tate; and great great granddaughter, Abigail Farmer.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Sharon) Rouse of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Kenneth Rouse of Marmaduke, and Judy Mayne (Tim Lockwood), Kathy Rouse, and Stanley (Toni) Rouse, all of Paragould; sister-in-law, Genell Shannon of Paragould; 18 grandkids; 31 great grandkids; 23 great great grandkids; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Friday evening from 6-8 at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral is Saturday at 11am at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Marc Reeves officiating. Burial is in Linwood Cemetery. Pallbearers are Sheridan Rouse, Shawn Rouse, Tony Edge, Daniel Cox, Logan Rouse, and Kurt Pyland. Honorary pallbearers are Donald Edwards and Austin Rouse.
