Louise Welch

Louise Welch, 85, Lafe, died Sunday, February 26, 2012, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born June 30, 1926 in Lafe the daughter of the late Charles and Louise Harms Lueker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Welch, brothers, Erwin, Carl and Benard Lueker, sisters, Alma Hoelscher, Ruda Panhorst, and Pauline Wallace. Louise was retired from Southwestern Bell and was an active member of St. John's Lutheran Church, where she participated in the Young at Heart group and Ladies Aid and Bizarre. She is survived by her sister: Lydia Tritch of Hooker and several nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday, at St. John's Lutheran Church with service following at 4:00 PM at the church with Rev. Curt Dwyer officiating.
