Loren Herbert Stroble, 85, of Paragould died Tuesday at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. He retired from Gene Cable Chevrolet, played music for the Senior Bees for 17 years and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lafe. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home; brother, J.W. Stroble of Vernon, Texas; Flossie Marie Boydston of California; four sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Heath Funeral Home. His life will be celebrated at a graveside service at 11:00 AM Thursday at Brown’s Chapel cemetery with Reverend Curt Dwyer officiating. Pallbearers are Cliff Parker, Reggie Walters, WIlliard Walker, J.D. Stephenson, Michael Stephenson, and Mark Ellington. Honorary Pallbearers are Dan Carlton, J.L. Roy, Ethan Busby, Gary Guthrie and Glenn Stonebraker. If you would like to leave a lasting memorial, please consider St. John’s Lutheran Church.
