Lola Irene Smith

Lola Irene Smith 87, of Paragould, died Thursday at her residence. Irene was the owner and operator of Pizza Palace in Paragould and Ken’s Pizza in Rector and Piggott. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Smith; parents, Lee and Estelle Oliver Bateman. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Kerr of Paragould; brother, R. D. Bateman of Paragould; sister, Alma Watson of Paragould; grandchildren, Chris Harrison, Michelle Tulgetski and Cindy Kerr; 5 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00-8:00 at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:30 P.M. at Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Ron Pickney officiating.
