Lois Marie Fears

Lois Burton Fears went to be with the Lord on Sunday at Christian Health & Rehabilitation in Nixa, MO. A homemaker, Lois was born on April 19, 1923, to the late Thomas and Lilly Burton in Ozark, AR. She was a lifelong resident of Stanford. Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Barney "Pete" Fears, brother, Troy Burton, and grandson, Brewster Fears. Survivors include sons, Eddie (Carole) Fears and Charles (Candy) Fears, both of Springfield, MO; daughters, Jo Anna (Harry) Miles of Springfield, MO, and Diana (the late Harry) Manthey of Stanford; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 26, from 10-11 am at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 am with Sam Becerra officiating.
